Christmas season is the busiest time of the year. Mrs. Santa is happy to keep your well-behaved school-age kids occupied for a few hours while you shop or rest.

The State of Tennessee has good laws in place concerning people who watch your children. Anyone who takes responsibility for your child for more than three hours must adhere to the same codes and laws as a full-time day care center, and must be licensed to do so.

Mrs. Santa does not wish to be in the day care business. Therefore, she must ask that you understand her PICK UP and DROP OFF policy. We are allowing no more than three hours for the entire event INCLUDING Drop Off and Pick Up.

Parental Participation

Feel free to join the party. If you know you have a restless child, he or she might be more comfortable with you present. Please participate in singing any songs you know and if your child needs a little help with crafting abilities, you can give him or her a hand.

Drop Off

Drop off BEGINS at 9 AM. Your children can immediately join the party after washing their hands. Mrs. Santa’s Helper Kalie Mahaney (Ashland City) will lead the kids in some games while Mrs. Santa speaks personally with each parent. Parents are required to sign in, so be prepared to hang out for 15 minutes getting registered.

Pick Up

Pick Up BEGINS at 11:45 AM. We’ll have the coats out and make sure all kids have washed their hands one more time, ready to go the minute you get there. Please do not be late.
